Privacy policy

What we process, and when

The signature editor runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type — name, job title, phone number, links — is sent to our servers while you are editing. Copying a signature calls our server to render the final HTML, and that request is not stored.

We store data only from the moment you create an account and click save.

Data we store

Account: your email address, and the identity provider used if you signed in with Google. Kept until you delete your account.

Saved signatures: the fields you entered and the template settings. Kept until you delete the signature or your account.

Uploaded images: photos and logos uploaded on a paid plan, stored in a folder scoped to your account. Kept until you delete them or your account.

Subscription: your plan, its status and the Stripe identifiers needed to link it to your account.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and never reach our servers. Stripe also handles EU VAT calculation and invoicing.

No trackers, no analytics, no cookie banner

Sigilio uses no analytics, no advertising tag and no third-party tracker. The only cookies and browser storage we use are strictly necessary: your authentication session and the local draft of your signature. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie banner.

Signatures generated by Sigilio contain no tracking pixel, no beacon and no third-party script. The only images are the social badges we host and any photo or logo URL you provide.

Processors

Hosting, database, authentication and file storage are provided by our infrastructure provider. Payments are handled by Stripe. Transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, subscription confirmation) are sent through our email provider. We never sell or rent your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction of processing, and object to processing.

Two of these are self-service in your account settings: “Download my data” exports everything we hold about you as JSON, and “Delete my account” erases your profile, your saved signatures, your team members and your uploaded images immediately and permanently.
